This type of therapy facilitates personal exploration, central to your healing and wellness.
I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them develop practical tools for managing stress, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, attachment related issues, trauma, and addictions. Finally, maintaining wellness through prevention and lifestyle enhancement, I can guide you through life transitions and help facilitate personal growth. My practice is a gender affirming and safe space for anyone to engage in self-exploration.
